salvia officinalis, summer 2012 edition
This summer I also used salvia officinalis (sage) leaves again. I got a different result, specially on silk, for which I had higher hopes. But wool did take up very well, & linen got a surprising color too, so that's fine with me !
The leaf I used for the photo was starting to feel ... tired, oops.
Since salvia officinalis grows in my inlaws' garden, I'll be dyeing with it again for sure.
